📈 Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute annual sales plans and revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key investors, developers, and channel partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Ensure achievement of sales and profitability objectives 

👥 Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate Sales Managers and sales teams.
  • Establish KPIs, sales targets, and performance measurement systems.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews and forecasting meetings.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals.
